Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of personal data that ERP 2026 (operated by ILN) stores about you at any time. There are two ways to do it:

Method 1 — Automatic (recommended)

If you connected your Facebook / Instagram / Threads account to the ERP, you can revoke access directly from Facebook. This triggers an automatic process that deletes all your Meta data from our system.

  1. Log in to facebook.com with your account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or directly: facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
  3. Find "ILN Marketing" in the list of active apps.
  4. Click "Remove".
  5. Confirm the removal.

Facebook notifies us of the removal via an automatic webhook. Within 7 days, we delete:

  • Your stored profile information (name, email).
  • Access tokens to your Facebook account.
  • Access tokens to your Pages, IG Business, Threads.
  • History of scheduled and published posts.
  • Metrics and events associated with your account.

We email you a confirmation code that you can use to check the status of the process at any time.

Method 2 — Manual (by email)

If you prefer a manual process or if you did not authorize the app but we still hold data about you (e.g. because you are registered as an ERP user):

  1. Send an email to soporte@iln.law.
  2. Subject: Data Deletion Request.
  3. In the body include:
    • Your full name.
    • Email registered with the ERP or with your Facebook account.
    • Explicit confirmation: "I request the deletion of my personal data".

We respond within 48 business hours with a confirmation code. Deletion is completed within 30 days maximum.

What is NOT deleted

Due to accounting and audit requirements (Costa Rica requires keeping tax records for a minimum of 4 years), the following data is retained in aggregated form without personally identifiable information:

  • Statistical counts (number of posts, total reach).
  • System events (anonymous logs).
  • Consolidated billable information (without identifying you).

Your rights

This policy implements what is required by Costa Rica's Law 8968 (Protection of the Individual against the Processing of Personal Data) and the policies of platforms such as Meta. If you believe we are not complying, you can write to soporte@iln.law or file a complaint with PRODHAB in Costa Rica.
